Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• When you book a session, you will receive an invoice via email.

• Payment must be made in full before your booking is confirmed.

• A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received, which secures your session time.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled session: You may reschedule once or request a refund, less any processing fees.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session: No refund will be issued.

• No-shows: If you do not attend your booked session without notice, no refund or reschedule will be provided.

3. Session Delivery

• Sessions are delivered remotely via Google Meet (or as otherwise agreed).

• You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and working audio/video setup for the session.

4. Limitation of Services

• Advice provided during the session is tailored to the information you provide about your current systems.

• Norodo Properties Pty Ltd T/A Studious Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from implementing or not implementing advice.

5. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

• By booking, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
